This is more likely a hacker or virus

Okay so here's the problems I'm having-I'm not making progress with them either.
My computer started running slow and the cpu is always running too hard, spontaniously reboots itself and disconnects from the internet-about once a day or so. I was told an email I sent had a virus on it (probably bs though), Mcaffe's scans are clear and I've also run spybot s&d and adaware and I'm clean there.

This last thing is making me more concerned: Tonight my Computer spontaniously rebooted when I started running Trend micros online scanner, then I went to dowload windows updates and it disconnected and would not reconnect saying I had 'no mac address' and something about tpi isn't ready. I just rebooted and can now connect again but somethings fishy about all this rebooting and disconnecting while I'm trying to patch up security holes and search for trojans, backdoors and virus's.

I looked in the registry and on users there is default and then two long number identities. I only have one non-default user account set and that one is for me.

I have sygate, mcaffe and an anti-keylogger running, but the anti-keylogger I downloaded after these problems had begun.

Also I downloaded all the tools again and ran them again incase I didn't have the right versions. (the kill thing, hs, ccleaner, etc.) I did all the scans but not in safe mode with networking for the online ones becuase it doesn't work for my dsl for some reason I can't reach the internet in the safemode with networking so I had to do them online. I did delete a registry key that said something about internet explorer automatic shutdown too, which sucks because I know it might be a bad thing to do but now trend micro scan will run and no reboot or internet disconnections.

Anyway I dont know why no ones responded but i should also mention someone said I sent them 2 emails with virus on them-when I only sent them one and I Mcaffee doesn't detect a virus.

If you have recently run ALL the steps in the READ ME FIRST sticky thread, then please follow the steps below. But since you never followed up on any threads in the past and told all of "us morons" you were moving on to "a better forum", I have to ask why are you back here at this lousy forum full of morons.

    - Download HijackThis 1.99.1

    - Unzip the hijackthis.exe file to a folder you create named C:\Program Files\HJT

    - Do NOT run Hijack This from the Desktop, a temp folder, or a sub-folder of C:\Documents and Settings, or choose to run it directly from the downloaded ZIP file.

    - Before running HijackThis: You must close each of the following:your web browser, e-mail client, instant messenger, and programs like notepad, wordpad, MS Word etc. And any other unnecessary running programs.

    - Run HijackThis and save your log file.

    - Post your log as an ATTACHMENT to your next message. (Do NOT copy/paste the log into your post).
