This is my problem .....

Hey guys and gals .....first off this is what this system has on it then ill get to the problem...
System AMD Athlon XP 2400+, 2000 MHz
Memory 352MB RAM
Disk Drive C
Video S3 Graphics ProSavageDDR
Internet MSIE 6.0; SV1
Windows Windows XP Home SP2
Security Verizon Internet Security System or VISS for Short

Ok a few days back i started receiving this pop up box that said ....
An unexpected error has occurred that this application cannot recover from.It will now close.
exception code: 3221225477
exception address:7c911e58

The problem is i have no idea what application its referring to ...i have an idea through process of elimination ....I think its VISS so i contacted the technical support team and they could not help at all ...but i began to notice that the exception address changed ...this problem seems to happen if my computer sits idle for awhile ....sometimes I'll hear something close in the background and nothing will pop up .....i have included with this post a current log from HJT .... i tried restoring my computer back before this all started happening and it keeps telling me i cant restore it back ..hope this all helps ...if anybody could help I'd be very appreciative ...thank you ...
