This is new to me!

    Again, helping my mother-in-law with her pc, which has Windows ME, I have found frustrating problem. When using control-alt-delete, instead of the task manager coming up, her pc restarts...Is this normal for ME? I have XP on my pc, so am not very familiar with her OS...If abnormal, could someone tell me how to fix it? I appreciate the help! :confused:

    Yes, this is standard win9x/ME behavior. CTRL+ALT+DEL ONCE! and ONLY ONCE will bring up the list of running processes for ME. Hitting that combo again will restart the machine.
