this might sound dumb

this might sound dumb..but is there a way to know the temperature in side the pc..besides going into bios?

 

Try Everest. It will give you temp and other sensor info, along with all the hardware and software info you might need for getting help here. http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4181.html There is also Motherboard Monitor 5, which can be a little more involved, but will give all your sensor info, too. http://mbm.livewiredev.com/ Lots here use it, so you should be able to get most any help you need.

btw, there is never such a thing as a dumb question. everyone asks questions because they want to know something, not because they are dumb. especially here since this si a tech based forum and everyone is always asking and answering questions.
