    y was the thread closed i aint finished!

    ok so filesharing is illegal but every1 does it doesnt make a difference if you do it at work or at home we could all go to jail.
    Neway jus forget it dont worry tanx for all reponses.

    I wanted to download legit stuff at work cos it wont even let me do a windows update or download new virus updates.

    Basically what Kodo is doing is protecting our website. At any point, when we tell you how to download using P2P software or other things so you can get around security in place to obviously stop you from doing so, we become a party to it. We may not be legally responsible in any way, but we feel better not assiting people in certain areas. Even if you had said you wanted to download WindowsUpdates or virus updates, we would have smelled something fishy because a sysadmin who knows enough to lock down a network so people like yourself dont put the whole network at risk also knows enough to keep his security up to date. I find it odd you have all the passwords and access, yet are unaware of how anything works or even what is running. IMHO, save your playtime for playtime. I think you can only cause damage doing what you intend. Respect the security that is in place.

    I hope this clarifies our position.
