    Ok...now I've got your attention....heheh

I need all you UK-ers to turn toward the direction of Gloucestershire and holler "HAPPY BIRTHDAY NATHAN" because it is my son's 11th birthday today and he's out on his new bike, which makes it really difficult for me to wish him a happy birthday when I just called him on the phone.

Ha! Oh...did I mention you all have to do it at the same time so it's loud enough for him to hear? *grins*

    Thanks Halo & Mcadam.

I finally got hold of him on the phone...I told him people all over the country were wishing him a happy birthday online. He thought that was so awesome hehe. I'm going to e-mail him this link :)

    Happy Birthday Nathan.

I wonder if I'm the nearest but I don't know if I can shout loud enough over the thunderstorm we have at the moment.

we have a lot in common lev. i didnt realize your son was so young. mine is 14 soon. all mouth and b*ll*cks lol. (he's a good kid BTW) i had a conversation a little while ago about do's and dont's, and was advised that the donts are as important as the do's. i dont know about you, but every time i give my son a negitive command i then spend 1/2hr agueing the toss about it. its cool but kinda sad to see them grow up. i miss my 'baby'.

Depends which son you talk about - I have four, aged 26, 19, 15 and 11. They're all pretty great kids, who often ask us for advice. We give it and then they make their decisions. Sometimes it isn't the best decision, but we figure as long as they (or anyone else) won't come to great harm by their decisions, they learn best by their mistakes. I can honestly say so far, there are have been no big errors on their part IMHO :)

ive got one thats nearly 29, and a daughter nearing thirty!! (now that makes me feel old lol) i think four boys might have driven me insane lol. mind you teenage boys IMHO are not nearly the worry teenage girls can be. when the two oldest were teenagers it was a total nightmare! all adams friends were in love with zoe, and all hers were in love with adam. we used to have rakes of teenagers 'just hanging' 24/7. at least this time around i only have one to worry about, and one set of rules to enforce.
