Thread just moved in here...

Hi there, software folks.
BJArrick moved a thread across to here for me. The Thread is entitled "A Little Help Needed Here..All steps followed" THis was moved here because having helped me with part of a problem, he thought it would be best to move the rest of my query here...would appreciate it if someone would have a look for me. The problem is regarding my BITS service, and the total inaction of Microsoft update.
