Threat Status?

Hello

I’ve just been carrying out routine malware scans of my PC. The object identified in the attached scan log was found by Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. Can you please tell me:

1. How harmful is this object?
2. What option/s shall I use to clean my PC?
3. What other step/s do I need to take in light of 1 and 2 above?

PC: Hewlett-Packard s5770uk-m
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium (x64) Service Pack 1
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Version: 1.0.1.711

I've performed the recommended operations.

 

I discovered this infection when performing a manual scan. No anti-malware software alerted me to this threat. All my anti-malware software is up-to-date. It questions the use of anti-malware programs if they don't warn you of potential threats.
