Thunderbird 5.0

    I have just downloaded Thunderbird 5.0 onto a new computer and want to transfer all my folders and mails including address book etc onto my new computer from my old .
    Is therer an easy way to do this ie export mail etc etc .

    I would like any answers in noddy language as i dont know this program much apart from using the e-mail.
