Titan Shield Antispyware

"Titan shield Spyware"
My goodness, this program that has gotten into my pc and is a killer!.
I have tried 5 Spyware programs and it finds all the "Really bad Things and I select to remove and it's says it has but this attack keeps coming back. I have even called Dell but they want lotsa of mula and my service provider,AT&T SBC has told me it's my problem..Can't remove it and can't get anyone to help except and hopefully MG.
It keeps trying to take over my internet explorer. I have to go to tools and change the WWW address to get on line. It also keeps popping up messages about scanning my pc to get rid of spyware!
Anyone encountered this problem?

- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.


After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)
• Bitdefender
• Panda Scan
• HijackThis

I have now tried to the best of my ability to follow everthing that has been offered.
Can't get any of it to fix this attack.
Is there anyone,yourself included that I can call?
I really need some help and MG is the one place I have had any help.
MS,Dell and my service provider have all told me, I'm on my own.
AT&T is my dsl provider and I have their protection firewall,anti-virus and antispyware program....for this attack it's worthless.
Dell want to charge almost $100.
I don't know what to do at this point.
I want to get to eBay to sell some musical instruments and an amp
so I can buy something to help.
I am afraid to now download and program from MG or anywhere on the net
because I think this attack is able to watch my every step.
I really want to thank you for your time. Time is important and people and
compassion is more so.
I'm sure you are busy and I sincerely appreciate all you have.

Hopefully this will get removed or I will most likely take the system hard drive and trash it.
