To those having trouble with OpenGl

I am seeing a lot of threads that are about OpenGl not working. Here is a guide to troubleshooting it.

First: Go to your desktop, and right click. Press properties at the bottom of the list. Goto the settings tab within that properties box. Press advanced. Press the troubleshoot tab. Make sure that bar is slid to full.

Second: Verify that your video card supports OpenGl.

Third: Download updates to OpenGl.

These are the most common problems with OpenGl, if you are still having problems, ask.

If this is in the wrong section, feel free to move it. I thought that it would help minimize threads. If it isn't allowed, feel free to delete it.
