Okay, I'm trying to burn a copy for a TV series with at least 18 episodes, each about 20 minutes long. The only problem is all I find at stores are blank DVDs that say "120 min video" which is definitly not enough time. So where can I find DVDs that have their minutes jacked up waaay longer? thanx

A DVD will hold up to 4.7 gigabytes of data. Your file size, not the video duration, will govern how much will fit on the disc.

You can also extend the amount of time per video by reducing its resolution. As I understand it a NTSC TV (american standard) is 640X400, same as older windows startup, with 720X480 being the DVD standard. Using half the resolution (320X240) the picture is slightly degraded, but quaduples your viewing time. Most digitizing software have these features in their setup somewhere.
