...... gave up from 2 packs a day and I smoked my last in 1976 just after my birthday so keep going :cool

Six months and a day today. I quit thanks to vaping...couldn't have done it otherwise. Quit Vaping close to three weeks ago as well.

Congrats to all of you. I dumped the cigs 25 yrs. ago now and have never missed them for a moment. I feel better, cough less, enjoy the taste of food more and am generally blessed with much better breath.
Really --------- you deserve cudos for achieving a difficult task. It is hard.
But VERY worth it.
