tochpad help

    Can anyone help me with a laptop. I just bought a new laptop with Windows Vista. I have a touchpad and it shows the marks for horizontal and verticle marks that are supposed to allow me to slide up and down and left and right. Can somebody tell me where to get the download Thanks !!!

    can you plz explain a little better (you should be able to drag your finger around on the touchpad)? i would think that any software that is related to your touchpad would be from your computer manufacturer (ie - dell, compaq - check their site), and/or the touchpad manufacturer. - sos

    So, you're saying the vertical and horizontal scroll part of your touchpad does not work? Do you have any previous experience scrolling with a touchpad?

    Open Control Panel. There should be an icon or listing for your touchpad software. You may need to open this to calibrate it to the sensitivity that works for you.
