tons of adware

i have a few questions before i send in the scan results -- since all the tools that i have used i got no exiting infections --- which is very strange to me -- am useing avg 8 free and and getting warnings of over 500 infections -- i have tried to cut a copy of the log to post here , but it wont let me..any hint on that--- since it is only a warning should i be concerened --- it is my grandsons laptop that i gave him not long ago -- he a a constant visitor of youporn.com
