Tons of APPCRASH's

I've had APPCRASH problems with several programs starting on 12/06/11 (updated .net framework via windows update). Lcore.exe [logitech gaming framework], Curse Client.exe [curse client program], and most of all CCC [catalyst control center]. All programs related to ATI wont run. MOM, CCC, CCI all stop working on boot up. Tons of other files throughout windows such as reliability monitor and tons of other windows programs stop working. In fact a lot of programs I've installed to try and fix this have stopped working. I don't have a system restore point before this date so that isn't an option. I cant seem to find any reliable info as to what it might be on the internet. I'm sure I have left out vital info so please reply with any info you need to help me pin this down.

 

Do a factory recovery.
