Toolbar for Outlook

Alright, I have been told to find a toolbar for Microsoft Outlook because a user "NEEDS" to have a toolbar so they can easily put smily faces in Emails, and the one they are using "Hotbar", and it has a few adware and spyware issues. I know its rediculous in the first place, but some how I need to get a toolbar installed on her computer to complete this function that doesn't have spyware, adware, and is free. If anyone knows anything like this could you tell me, thanks.
