Toshiba 5520C problems

    When printing to this machine, many times when a file that has an image, text box or clip art in it, that item will print with a background that is not there, or the item will print as a colored block (particularly with word art).

    this is a brand new machine. the tech support guy is not being very helpful and i cannot find anything on line as of yet. any ideas?

    Hello,
    I cannot say that I am familiar with this copier. Did the person who installed the machine install the drivers for your computer? The only info I could find on this machine is.
