Toshiba L650 Laptop

    With my new laptop it has all kinds of applications on it.Can I delete them safely.Example Toshiba Bulletin Board,Health Monitor,Reeltime,Config free,Speech System,Media Control,They are a drag on my startup.

    I have found little problem with uninstalling these programs, but, I would set a system backup, before doing so(I am sure these come with Windows 7, and you can backup to dvd (same as Toshiba's backup utility that enables you to create recovery dvd's)
    Just don't uninstall all at once- do a restart in between to clear registry , usually worked for me.
