Toshiba Pa3885u-1lc2 Monitor

I have 3 problems with my Toshiba PA3885U-1LC2 Monitor. I have 64-bit Dell Inspiron 660S running Windows with 2 monitors: the Toshiba and a HP vs17e.

Probelm 1 - When the monitor returns from sleep, everything on he screen is fuzzy and I have to turn the monitor off and back on to get a clear image.

Problem 2 - This is probably a Windows 10 issue becuase it happened when I upgraded and with both monitors, the computer no longer recognizes the speakers built into the monitors. In the past, I did not connect the speakers from the HP and used the Toshiba for sound. Since the upgrade to Windows 10, there is no sound from either monitor. Headphones work fine.

Problem 3 - This just started this week. The Toshiba will not wake up from sleep. The power light turns yellow and the power switch does not respond. I have to disconnect the power cord and connect it again to getr the monitor to work.

Any ideas?

 

Sound problems after the Windows 10 upgrade are about the most common there are. Download and install this to fix that: http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=GH16Y
Your Toshiba monitor probably has bad capacitors in the power supply and its problem has nothing to do with the Dell. Are you up to desoldering?
