Toshiba Recovery Suite Computer Reset Problem

    Hi,

    I have the Toshiba Satellite L450D-13X Laptop.

    It has Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit On.

    After Windows broke i used the Toshiba Recovery Suite to take windows back to its factory state.

    Now whenever i turn the laptop on, it says 'preparing windows for first use' and then it goes to the desktop, but seconds later a toshiba panel comes up and just says 'Finishing Installation' then switches the computer off and the whole process starts again.

    What can be causing this?

    When it goes to desktop i can quickly close the toshiba program before it loads up and windows works fine until i switch it off then the whole process starts again?

    Completely confused?

    Any help will be greatly appreciated!

    Hi

    You are not alone with this and some on the Toshiba support forums are mentioning that this reboot can happen for up to 28 times, so maybe worth leaving the laptop on and walking away from it for a few hours.

    Then if still doing the same, it could be a bad install.
