    Welcome to Major Geeks!

TotalAccess is not malware! It is junk from your ISP and you should uninstall it using their instructions if you don't need it. I see it listed in your uninstall programs list.

Are you having malware problems that you require help with.

Please do step 2 of the READ ME properly. You did not follow those instructions!

Did you run CCleaner as requested? You temp folders are loaded with junk. Perhaps it is not working properly for you. This has been know to happen with CCleaner. Run the below now which should help to clean this up.

It is critical (as stated in the READ ME) that you rename HijackThis.exe. You have this:

    C:\Program Files\Hijackthis\HijackThis.exe

You must rename it to this:

    C:\Program Files\Hijackthis\analyse.exe

Then you will have to attach a new HJT log before we can get started.

Also please install GetRunKey and ShowNew where requested. You installed them on your very cluttered Desktop\ALL folder and you are making your logs much larger and harder to READ this way. You don't need to attach new logs from them yet. But please install them properly before attach any new logs that I may request.

Ok so I cleared out and organized my folders. I renamed the Hijackthis to analyze. I had GetRunKey and ShowNew installed in All and now have it in a much smaller file.

Okay that's good, but what malware problems are you having?

You should uninstall Viewpoint Manager as requested in step 0 of the READ ME. And you can have HJT fix the below non-malware issues!

Run HijackThis and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:

    R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - ~CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497} - (no file)

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot

    O16 - DPF: {B49C4597-8721-4789-9250-315DFBD9F525} (IWinAmpActiveX Class) -
    O16 - DPF: {CAFEEFAC-0014-0002-0005-ABCDEFFEDCBA} (Java Plug-in 1.4.2_05) -
    O16 - DPF: {CAFEEFAC-0015-0000-0008-ABCDEFFEDCBA} (Java Plug-in 1.5.0_08) -

    After clicking Fix, exit HJT.

Other than the above, there is nothing else to do. Even the above is not malware.
