Total Av Billing

I have been using Total Av for a couple years. Today, on my credit card I saw a charge of $159 for Total AV.
Called and said I wanted to cancel service and get refund. They offered me $80 refund and service for another year. I said NO. They then offered me a $140 refund and year service for $19. I took the deal.
What a rip.

 

Jeez that is a pretty nasty cash grab and lucky you checked your credit card. Thanks for the heads up

 

One reason i only use one time payments....Heck i can still use my life time sub of malwarebytes on the newer 4.0s.You have to go to your account to adjust it though.

I would say ditch Total AV....

All i use is RogueKiller,Hitman pro and malwarebytes.And i don't use the windows AV system or windows defender.

Never have problems.Most Anti-virus scanners are scams any how.Have not used any AV's in over 10+ years..
