Total Security

    My client has got Total Security on his brand new laptop! It is Vista Home Basic, 2GB. Can you please analyse these logs? Thankyou.
    I did a MBAM scan again today and it was clean (I took action after yesterdays infections!

    He has Spyware Doctor and even with SAS and MBAM and everything else done, it still detects Total Security!

    You need to tell me exactly where Spyware Doctor is finding this. And also tell me if this is a paid for version of SD.

    Spyware Doctor found it in the Windows directory.

    He downloaded it, but hasn't paid for it

    The free version of Spyware Doctor is useless. He should uninstall it. I did not see any instance of Total Security in the logs you attached.
