Tough cracking VIrus/spyware/malware - DIRE NEED OF ASSISTANCE

Managed to restore the system the last time round.

This time round, went thru all the steps in HJT and NAV but cant detect anything.

Constantly having exclamation icon flashing in systray that brings up either IE window or system message that i am in risk of having spyware and ask me to download anti-spyware program from unkown sources......

PLS HELP / ADVISE

 

Did you ever read READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal

Did you scan with any other Anti-spyware programs? Spybot search and destroy v.1.4 or Lavasoft's Ad-Aware?
