My OS on my desktop is XP of which I recently had a clean re-install.

I have had a yahtzee game ( from Rekenwonder) on the computer for years and I run it from the quick launch bar.

After I re-installed it I found a file yahtzee.tps also in the quick launch bar and if I delete it it just re-appears after a while in the quick launch bar. I have checked around and found that it a Clarion for Windows Tpseed file, but I have no idea what that means.

Does anyone have any idea what this file might be or what it does?

    Thanks
    Cozzie

Probably a database of your Yahtzee scores.
Remove the yahtzee from the quick launch bar.
Locate the exe file in the folder Program Files/Yahtzee or Program Files/Rekenwonder
    and right click the yahtzee.exe
Select send to desktop as shortcut.
Drag the shortcut to the quick launch bar.

Thanks Plodr, that's done the trick. Thanks for your time.
