TR/Agent.4608 [bartout.exe]

Can anyone help me?
I run Avira AntiVir Personal and I keep getting the file "bartout.exe" detected when I boot the computer.
I can't find any reference to it on the net apart from a few German forums which I don't understand. What is it and is it dangerous?
It sits in ICQLite.
Here is the message from Avira Reports:

Virus or unwanted program 'TR/Agent.4608 [trojan]'
detected in file 'C:\Program Files\ICQLite\LiteDataFiles\bartout.exe.
Action performed: Move file to quarantine


Any help much appreciated.
