TR/Crypt.ZPACK.Gen is eating my pc!

hello friends am using windows xp service pack2 with avira premium anti vir! it always shows popup window virus found trypack gen every 2 sec am not able to delete it! so I installed nod32 still it dosent removes the virus and gives popup window every 2 sec that virus found in following path. I have attached screen shot of nod32 popup window where u can see the path where it is .
and when i open task manager some programs r running called sumanya, lucky and kanthi am attching its screen shot also .
Please help me if there is any software to auto delete it please tell me

thanks tif for ur post! as it became delayed I already formated my system and my system is clean now! I want to know am using avira personel and comodo firewall r they both enough for antispyware malware and inbound firewall protection?
