    Ok - I am new to this but have run through the READ ME RUN ME FIRST thread before posting.

    As seems to be the case with many other users, the cleaning process removed some malware but Avira still picks up 4 instances of XPACK/ZPACK trojan viruses in my C: drive.

    Running through your malware cleaning process, the only deviation I had to make was with the RootRepeal software as it constantly crashed when attempting to scan my F: drive. All other drives scanned fine individually and no detections were made. Considering the virus appears to be in my C drive i assume this can be overlooked unless you guys say otherwise. This is also why i havnt included a RootRepeal log in my attachments.

    i hope the logs I have included suffice

    Thanks,

    JARM

    Your MGLogs.zip is missing quite a few of the logs. Please run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator). Make sure you wait until it says it is finished.

    Then attach the below logs:

    * C:\MGlogs.zip
