Transfer Files And Programs To New Computer

Any safe programs out there that will transfer all files and programs? Or do I need to manually reload all programs and move files?

What is the Operating System of the PC that currently has this data, and what is the Operating System on the PC you want to transfer to.
You generally cannot transfer software programs, only data files. You reinstall programs afresh. But it depends whether your new OS has a transfer facility and whether you have cloned an image of your current OS.

Both Windows 10. x64 not sure of versions.
