transport or extraction of installed pogram

I used to use a program called cleansweep, which had a utility to extract an installed program and create a setup file from it, using the uninstall info i assume.

I have a program which i have lost the install disks for and the company no longer exists.
Is there any program to extract the installed program and create an installer/setup file.

Thanks, but I think you misunderstood my question.

I want to EXTRACT a program that is already installed and create an install file(setup) file from that.

Cleansweep used to have an option called transporter which did exactly this. Using the uninstall info it extracted all the program files .dll's etc and created an install file, this is what I need.

Caveat: I've never used this, have no idea if it is effective.
