    Hi, people
I am going to go to Italy, but can't decide where exactly
Could you give me some advice?
Perhaps you have been to this country, if yes, where exactly and which hotels did you stay?
    Thanks you in advance

I can give you quite a bit of info, if you want it, but would rather post it to you privately if you turn on your pm's. Also, it depends on how much time you have and how mobile you are.

Only go to venice if you can stand bad smells  cuz the city is under all the water the sewage systems aren't exactly great... but Rome/Vatican City is a nice place to go but beware! lots of pick pockets out there so guard your money and valuables my cousin had his passport and money taken right out of his wallet so just be smart and you'll be safe

Venice / Florence / Pisa ... not far apart and incredible! The smell in Venice is only bad in the heat of summer. Venice is simply incredible. Also, Rome - try and stay in the old part of town and look at the fountains at night. The Vatican without question. Also, go to the Forum and the Colusseum and if you have transportation, try to go to Tivoli Gardens outside of Rome. A beautiful villa with wall and ceiling paintings backed up by a water garden that drops down a cliff.

There is a lot of good housing in Italy, but it helps to know who to contact.

It also depends what you want/like to do and what kinda climate you enjoy. The south will be warmer and flatter, but also much more expensive. The north will be scenic and mountainous, a little cheaper and more rustic, but cooler, with plenty of skiing and other snow sports. Historic architecture can be found all over the country.
