   hi people, wonder if anyone can help? my friend has a pc that wont boot up, when it is turned on it comes up trend chipaway virus so i tried booting up in safe mode but it wont let me so i went into the bios and turned the virus protection off then tried again but it shows windows loading screen for about 5 seconds then it goes off and the screen i get up is the start windows normally, any ideas? thanks in advance

   You disable the virus protection in the BIOS and exit the BIOS, saving the changes then boot up normally.
