TrendMicro - CWShredder

Have CWShredder ver. 2.19. For the last several days, when I click to check for updates it seems to try and then get a window saying "Unable to check for updates". The program seems to still work, i.e., scans and says clean. Went to the TrendMicro site and it appears that CWShedder is no longer listed there as a free download.
Has anyone else noticed this ? Any help and advice will be most appreciated. Thanks.

Found it strange that, for me, it just started happening a few days ago. I had noted that SpyBot S&D checks for a long list of CW "nasties", so just figured that I was maybe "double-covered".
The link took me to the same place I went prior to posting here. But the only "option" is a button which says - Remove Cool Web Search - no option to download CWShredder. Ah, well, if it's not needed anymore, then I shan't worry about it.

Good to know. In the last couple of months my hard drive died, had to get a new one and start all over with EVERYthing - 5+ years of everything. I came here to MG's to get several things that I wanted back. SO glad MG is here, wonderful site - for both progs. and help.
