[TRIBES SERVER] I've been banned by 'Suprnova' for no reason.

Why would you ban me? Who is suprnova, I'm just another avarage joe who plays on your servers, I live in Toronto, and there aren't many Canadians who play Tribes, a game I've been playing for a year and a half now. So, you just said something to me, and I saw a message from suprnova, it said bye, and then it said 'connection to server lost' on the master server list.
I'd like to know why I was banned, I don't hack, I use lasthope. This is admin abuse.

 

I think Kodo can take care of this...but not real sure. We have had alot of banning and kicking going on lately but it was suppose to be fixed...Hrm....maybe another one they didnt get rid of. Anyways..dont be mad..we have all had the priviledge of being (banned...Kicked)..so its just not u they are picking on. If u read alot of the other post ull find that out. I dont think I have ever played with "Supernova"...so I dont know who it is.

 

hmm. I think there is something else amiss here. I can't unban anyone but I can certainly talk to Tim who runs the server AFTER he gets back from vacation. We'll try to sort out how people are gaining access to admin.

 

FWIW, I've seen this same guy kicking people several times, without ever giving reasons.

 

Well, thanks a lot for the support everyone, I don't know why this guy would just ban me without ever even giving a warning, I'm usually LD, flag chaser, and I never O snipe either. Right now, I refresh master server list, and I don't see majorgeeks, except the server that says 'majorgeeks full? try here'.

 

I can tell you that he's most likely not an MG admin but somehow acquired rights to it. Probably knows something that we don't.. could be a hole in the admin software.. who knows.

 

Not a hole in the software. Someone just has admin that shouldnt have.
