tricks and ways to speed up my comp without hurting it &

spending any money! lol, I know that this is a cheap guy you are talking to but hey! I know that you can defragg, clear the cache files and the like but what else can you do? what would you guys suggest? and if this isnt in the right forum, feel free to move it without any objections on my part!

You could also try a bit of browsing on www.tweakxp.com but dont take them all for truth, some of them actually dont do anything! If you wanted to try and prevent problems, you could try a registry cleaner which can be found in the registry section on the main website, and you can optimize your registry by using Erunt RegOpt.

If there is anything specific you want to tweak, ask here and Im sure someone knows about it
