Trojan 32 vundo gen!d and also gen!H

I am not very good at computers to begin with.

I run Windows Live Scan and I keep getting that I have two severe issues both the Trojan Vundo gen! d and also the gen!h.

It disappears for a while and then keeps showing up again?

You need to follow the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST and attach the logs so we can see how to get rid of those things. They are not good things for you to have in your computer and unfortunately, some of their files have to be removed manually.

You did not do everything in the READ & RUN ME. Please go back to the link in post 2 and go through all the instructions. Very early in the instructions is the link called HOW TO: Attach Items To Your Post, which you did not read. Also, you do not have the newest version of Java. And you are missing all of the logs we request when you go through the instructions which are specific to your operating system. The link to these instructions is at the bottom of the READ ME. Please decide if you want our help. If you have a vundo infection, it will need to be removed manually, and we can only do that with the information you provide us with by attaching the requested logs.
