Trojan.alemod - help needed

    Hi guys, i am having problem with this trojan.alemod thing. have some spyware and adware programs in my computer but still can't remove. Norton antivirus does not help either.

    Anyone can assist me to solve this problem??

    I have attached a HJT log of my computer here. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
