Trojan and my computer won't load files properly etc etc

Hope you can help me, you seem to be a miracle worker.

On starting I get the message "jusched.exe application error, the application failed to initialise properly (0xc0000022)" and also "Error, loadlibrary()failed"

I've got AVG Free and it comes up every few seconds with a "While opening file C:\\WINDOWS\system32\wininet.dll, virus found Win32/Nsag" but says if I delete it or move it to the virus vault it could cause probs with the system, so I haven't.

I've downloaded the programs you suggest but some (adaware, cwshredder, spybot and the microsoft one if I remember correctly, seemed to download OK but don't open and I get a similar message to above.

PS Guard is inthere somewhere too.

I tried to go into safe mode but couldn't do it.

I am attaching a HJT Log.

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
