Trojan And Virus Help Please

Firstly, I Had Done everything in the sticky thread suggesting what to do before posting.

I have reformated my computer 8 times, installed windows xp pro and home trying to fix it.

everytime i run the online scanner BitDefender it always comes up with:

C:\WINDOWS\sysmgr64.exe

i startup in safe mode and delete it but somehow it comes back.

it affects my internet, i connect, then i get disconected, work offline comes up ect,
but in the tray down near the clock it is still registered that im connected to the net
when im not, and i cant open up my internet connection it just flashes on the screen
for a senond and disapears.

now it is starting to affect my other applications, i cant press ctr-alt-del
it wont bring it up, it just brings it up in the tray down the bottom but not
on the screen,

every program i use, msn, wmp, norton all say not responding and mess up,
i cant download anything from the interent because the as soon as the download box
pops up that freezes and doesnt respond.

i have tried everything in the sticky and it is just so frustrating that nothing works
on my computer anymore,

i cant even download HJT at the moment to post a log.

so if anyone could please help me out. i would really appreciate it.

 

Ok, So i was able to download HijackThis, so here is my scan log. hopefully this will be more help with fixing my computer.

aswell as:

sysmgr64.exe always coming up as infected with trojan with BitDefender.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\wiaadmgr.exe

Keeps Coming Up Even When I Delete It In Safe Mode.

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
