Trojan.Bettinet.A and Trojan.downloader.lstbar.mh

Need help getting rid of these two trojans. Bit defender found them and spybot, adaware, and a-squared won't touch them.
I'm finding it is taking a while to get onto the internet.

Please note the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST for attaching logs to your posts. I went ahead and copied your logs to look at before deleting them, but I need for you to do the steps requested in the READ & RUN ME including running CCleaner, SuperAntiSpyware and especially the MGTools so we can look at what files have gotten into your computer that shouldn't be there. HijackThis alone is not enough. Also, if it's not already, your computer needs to be in normal starup mode rather than diagnostic or selective modes. Since you've already run Combofix, you don't need to run that again.
