Trojan conhook

I just read the read this first and I guess I'm not understanding something, I don't do the system restore until I have done all 7 steps and you have helped me get rid of this stupid thing that keeps sending popups?

I have Penicillin 2006 and it keeps saying I have this trojan but it only quarantines it. I know it is in my system restore folder. Please help

well, i figured it out after reading may of the threads. I am now in the process of scanning for problems in safe mode. I am doing the panda scan right now. So When I am finished I will attach the files.

Rebooting after safe mode

Okay so I ran all the tests and now I have to reboot in safe mode. I went to msconfig and unchecked the safebootbox on the boot.ini tab. when i restart it comes up do I want to change my system configuartion utuility to the dot in front of normal start up mode? it is now showing use in modified boot.ini

 

I have my logs, how do I send them to you????? I have been patiently waiting on a response. I have posted it as a new thread, ran logs for trojan now need help to fix. Is anyone out there able to help me fix this??????? Or can I safely doa system restore now???????? I just want to be sure I won't have to go thru all the steps again, if I reboot and the trojan is not gone from my restore files.
