Hello i noticed yesterday my pc was running really slow when i was searching things in my browser and that it took a while to get to where i wanted it to go.

Then this morning when i tried to go to websites my computer would freeze because my peerblock was blocking an ip called '' malware infestation'' repeated times.

So after i noticed this, i turned off my connection and begun doing spyware, virus scan.

My Malwarebytes didn't seem to find anything and it puzzles me because it usually sometimes doesn't even though its constantly updated.

However a program called super antispyware Portable was able to find some infections which included: A trojan named something like cvs/host, and 3 adware tracking cookies.

It quarantined and or removed everything. Additionally i ran 3 more full scans again and everything came up empty after everything appeared to be removed the first time.

Now my question which concerns me is how can i make sure the specific trojan i mentioned is surely removed?

My firewall/anti spyware didn't catch when the trojan tried to invade but after i ran the sweeps and cleaned the infected files it found everything seems to run smoothly now.
