Trojan downloader.obfuskated

    Hey guys, about a week or 2 back I picked up the downloader.obfuskated virus.

    I have run avg and it couldn't remove it, have run ad-aware, spybot s&d, windows defender, ccleaner and combofix.exe, and cleaned out any suspicious registry files, re-run avg and although the virus was still there it no longer seemed to be a problem.

    Today I ran avg again and found that the virus has started spreading and infecting other files in my system, I have downloaded and run HJT and have attached the log file, could somebody please check this and provide me some info on how to remove it
