trojan.dropper, adware.urlblaze, etc...

    ran across a whole bunch of adware, trojan.dropper, rogue.dropper, trojan.fake, trojan.media, etc... by downloading a .zip file from limewire.com... having lots of fun trying to get rid of it.

    you guys might want to check it out...

    program called:
    "filemaker pro crack by frost"

    if you have any suggestions, please let me know...

    Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.


    • If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.

    Notes:

    1. If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can running steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:
    2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.

    ran all of the spyware, antivirus in the readme file... god, i'm still finding trojans and backdoors...

    anyway, i do appreciate your help. attached are the firs three logs. i will send the additional log in part 2.

    I'm not seeing any problems in your logs. Are you still having issues after the scans?

    You need to use add/remove programs to uninstall:
    J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 2

    The reboot and install:
    Java Runtime 6

    no more issues but, for some reason, i'm still finding trojans and backdoors eventhough i haven't downloaded anything new...

    uninstalled the old jre and am presently downloading java runtime 6.
