I inexplicably clicked on an email attachment that was not from who I thought it was from. Long story short...I was trying to fix this on my own...and inadvertently ran a number of the programs (not all) that you require to be downloaded (in your read me first page)...All that being said, one of the programs - Superantispyware, had me delete Trojan.Dropper/SVCHost-Fake from my C drive and an external hard drive F

I have completed the read me first section and now looking for further help to completely remove the Trojan.

NOTE: I have attached what I think were all the logs...it is getting late and not sure any more if I am missing anything.

To check your system, we still need the log from running C:\MGTools.exe -- C:\MGLogs.zip.

    Your logs are clean.

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware. You can uninstall RogueKiller and HitManPro.
    2. Go back to step 4 of the READ ME and renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it.
    3. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    4. If running Vista or Win 7, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis.
    6. Goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders
related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    7. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link

Malware removal from a National Chain = $149
Malware removal from MajorGeeks = $0

One last question (Iam not sure anymore if I, during the initial cleaning, clicked disable on the defogger program)...I am thinking that I reasoned out that I do not have a CD Emulator...I only had one drive and that is not an emulator...let me know what you think. Did I screw this up?

No, you are fine. I don't recall seeing any disc emulation software in your logs.
