Trojan found need help to remove it plz

Ok i have a trojan and can't seem to get it out of my system.
Tried a few different softwares to remove it and most of the time after a bunch of popups the computer either freezes or crashes.
As it is it seems to affect IE with loads of popups and i tried everything and can't get rid of it so if someone could plz help me out.
I have attached a log of highjackthis so you can see what going on.
