Trojan Hider - Please help me!

Hi, I was searching online and seems a Trojan Hider got in, AVG picked it up but when trying to remove the file could not be found.

I am a bit of a novice, am upset and panicking and really hoping someone can help me!

I have fully read the sticky note but I don't seem to be able to download or run any of the suggested software, it gets to about 98% and freezes. I have sought alterntive sources and same thing happens. AVG is saying all is clean but Windows Security Centre has been disabled and I can't open Malware Bytes as seems the exe file has disappeared. I can't download it and can't open most sites that offer solutions, such as the AVG forums.

Please can someone help me?

 

PLEASE can someone offer me any advice at all? I am totally stuck and at a loss as what to do. I know this is an often repeated issue but my inability to access any of the tools makes it impossible for me to figure out a solution on my own.

I'd so appreciate a little bit of someones time and am not such a novice that I can't follow instructions. Just don't know how to be proactive in resolving this!
