Trojan horse downloader agent

First off I followed all the insrtuctions on Before you post and did everything you said to do...Ok my problem is a Trojan Downloader and I can't seem to get rid of it. I use AVG Anti-Virus and it pops up every 2 to 3 seconds saying Virus found C:\Windows\system32\w04a06dd.dll and each time it is a different number after system32. The Spybot Search & Destroy found nothing
the Adaware SE found 1 reg key and 6 reg values, 2 files. I had to run Windows Defender in reg mode, would not run in safe mode nor would BitDefender or Panda... I have attached the reports for you to look at and to see if there is any help for me

Just wanted to let you know I had to completely restore my computer back to new state I got it... my keyboard quit working my mouse was going crazy and everything would keep freezing up on me, Im so sorry I feel like I wasted your time, but I would like some advice on what to use to keep this from happening again. I now have Norton's Antivirus but Im sure I need more
